Payment

We accept credit card and bank account payments through Paypal. Once you are ready to check out, click on the shopping cart button at the top bar. After you have filled out the order details, click the “Make Purchase” button and you will be directed to Paypal. If you would like to checkout through your Paypal account, log in on the right side to complete your purchase. If you do not have a paypal account or if you do not want to pay through your paypal account but would like to pay with a credit card, click on the “Continue” link beside the credit card logos on the left side. Please contact us if you would like to pay via money order or check and we will provide further instructions. Please know that payment must be cleared before your item may be mailed out.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES! We ship our items through the United States Postal Service. Items are usually shipped through USPS Priority Mail, please contact us prior to checkout if you would like to upgrade your shipping or add insurance so that we can make the necessary changes to reflect the upgraded shipping cost. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, so please be aware your country’s regulations.

Packages are shipped with in 1-3 business days from date of payment. Our customers will receive a shipping notification email once the package is on its way. Please note that USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to reach its destination, USPS Priority Mail International usually take 6-10 business days to reach its destination.

Finally and most importantly, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases to US and Worldwide customers!

Returns

We DO accept returns on any and all purchases. Please note details below for returning your item:

• Requests for returms must be made within 48 hours of receipt of item. Further instructions, including return address, will be given at the time.

• Returned items must be received within 10 business days of time of return request.

• There is a 15% restocking fee based on purchase price of the item. Customer has the option to instead receive a full refund in the form of store credit, in which the restocking fee will then be waived.

• Customer will be responsible for shipping fees. Refunds on purchase will be minus shipping costs.

• Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Item must also have been unworn.
